Girls of Summer

Two authors. One summer. 18 of our favorite books for strong girls.

Girls of Summer is a celebration of summer, girls, and books. It’s co-designed by me and fellow Candlewick author Gigi Amateau.

Girls of Summer reviews 18 titles for strong girls (picture book, middle grade and YA). The blog also features giveaways and weekly Q & As with some of the amazing selected authors.

Girls of Summer is updated in early June and remains active until Labor Day each year.  Please join us for the 2016 event on June 29, 2016, 7 PM at the Richmond, Public Library, main branch, Richmond, VA
